| The hotel staff was very unhelpful and rude. Until we had expedia staff on the phone they were telling us it was our problem that we did not have a room and were not willing to help us at all. Even when I showed them the confirmation they were not willing to help or even sympathize. They told us the shuttle hours but did not explain how to sign up. In the morning they told us we could not ride it because we were not on the list. The room we had looked like someone had been in there and it had not been cleaned.

| Very basic, clean, convenient, close to airport, wireless internet. Thinner walls than I'm used to, could hear quite a bit of my surrounding neighbors.

| kept up all night by people closing their doors,thin walls, no restraunts or fast food places nearby, definetly would not do again.

| Hotel staff pleasant, friendly and helpful Room was not particularly clean. Carpet desperately needed cleaning. There was a computer in the lobby for guests to use. Keyboard and mouse were filthy.

| Convenient to airport. The room was clean, but the carpet was worn, towels very worn, sheets did not fit the bed. In order to eat a breakfast, I needed to clean a table.

| Not bad. It's OK if you need a hotel in close proximity to the Omaha Airport. The price is a little high for what ou get compared to other hotels closer to downtown Omaha.

| This motel was very close to the airport and was perfect for my needs. It's clean and has free wireless internet. There is no elevator so I had to carry luggage up stairs.

| I have stayed in this hotel 2 times now and I like it because of its location. The first time i went to the zoo and old market. The second time was for a concert that was right across the street at a bar. It is in a dumpier part of town but the location is ideal. I would recommend this to someone who doesn't spend that much time in the hotel.
