| Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. Rooms were nice and big, full size refrigerators, stove, microwave and ice maker in room. Not pleased with the bed linens. The sheets kept coming off of the corners and the pillows were less than adequate.

| this is a very nice hotel but the desk staff have a problem with the shuttle van and it's log. We arranged for the van to pick us up at the Airport at a specific time. When it was 15 minutes late we called and were tole it would be right out. 15 minutes later it arrived and the attitude from the driver and the desk staff was "Yea, So". The next AM we were told the van was not available to return us to the airport, but the hotel would pay for a taxi and you gussed it, It was late. According to the driver they weren't called until 5 minutes prior to the pick-up. This spoiled an otherwise nice experience.
