Felt as though the hotel could use a face lift. The hotel staff was okay but not that friendly. Stayed for only one night and was happy to leave.

This hotel was great! A suite with ammenities you might expect in much more expensive accomodations. Close to the subway for easy access to NYC.

Hotel is a good choice for families. Well located, lots of activities for children and young kids nearby hotel (movie theather, game rooms...). Rooms are not luxurius, but confortable and clean. Staff is very heplful with directions. Good parking facilities and free. No room service but you will find plenty of choices from nearby restaurants that deliver to the hotel. Also, there is a supermarket just steps from the hotel where you can buy all goods you'll need. However, plan your own activities, not much is going on at the hotel for entertainment.

I had taken the wrong turn and called the hotel front desk for assistance, the young man was very helpful and gave me the directions I needed to arrive safetly. The room was very clean and large, however the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very thin, in particular the pull out sofa, so sleeping was not restful. Breakfast was great, but, you should continue to bring out waffle mix, even when you run out, my daughter wanted one, but the gentleman did not bring out anymore batter. All and all, good job I will, and have, suggested this hotel to others.
