| I have used this hotel probably almost 7 times for park and fly purposes. It is clean, the staff is helpful, it is a good nights' rest before your off for an early morning flight, and I am alwyas suprised how early they put out the complimentary breakfast (it's always been ready for me when I am out the door early). I love that they have underground gated parking for leaving my car until I return. It is a simple solution to the park and fly concept. I already recommend this hotel to others and will continue to take my family there when we leave on any early morning flights.

| I was very impressed with the Sleep Inn -- Seatac. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels. Although it wasn't as fancy as a more expensive hotel it exceeded all my expectations. Even the shuttle driver was friendly and helpful at 4 a.m. when we went to the airport. I will be staying there again.

| We arrived late on a flight from Michigan. We had not eaten since early afternoon and the security guard helped us with our luggage and then offered to get us some beverage, fruit, etc. to tide us over until breakfast. On our return trip, we were going to get some dinner but were not sure where to go. We asked the desk clerk for a recommendation. He steered us to a restaurant that had delicious food.

| Nothing fancy. Just clean and very cheap place to stay in Seattle. It's about 15 minutes by car from downtown, and another 5 minutes from the SeaTac airport--very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place. I just needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Fit the bill, and I was quite happy.

| Not an overly large room but for the price it was clean and comfortable. House keeping was there to clean every day. The continental breakfast was great and well stocked. The location near the airport and easy access to downtown a plus. We will stay there on any return trips.

| Easy to locate, was quiet even though close to the airport. One possible improvement would be the continental breakfast area. It tended to be a little small. Great place to stay though

| I request to change room to a room with a hot bath tab. The man at front desk was so rude and recommended me to go to different hotel because there was no room available with a bath tab. My son wanted to play in the bath tab but the room had only a shower. Is it so silly to request a room with a hot tab? He also rushed me to make decision whether I wanted to go to other hotels. While I was thinking, he started to pick up guide books which my son droped on the floor as if he wanted us to get out the hotel. I just can not believe what he had said and done to us. Of course, I moved to a different hotel even if I couldn't cancel the reservation and had to pay a whole thing. I would rather stay at different hotel than staying this terrible hotel.
