| Very old but acceptable. Short distance from tube stop. Neighborhood had fair amount of gang painting. Hotel had a heavy percentage of middle eastern guests who were very nice but lowered comfort level as we were also in London during the bombing a year ago:-(

| It's especially difficult to find a reasonable hotel room in Paris in the springtime which sleeps 4 people. We thought this place fit the bill. We didn't realize there was no housekeeping, which means you have to pay for clean towels and beg for toilet paper. At night, the smells from people cooking down the hall were just too funky. And there was not one vending machine in the whole place!!
