Water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and a 15.5-m (51-ft) crewed catamaran are available for surcharges.
Insider tip: Along a winding, seaside path between the main resort and the spa retreat lies a limestone cliff pocked by shallow caves, which guests decorate with white stones plucked from the shore.

| Round Hill was a truly pleasurable experience. We stayed in one of the stand-alone cottages, providing a superb romantic, isolated experience. The morning breakfast on our private cabana cooked expertly by Nelda was the perfect recipe for a relaxed and pampered vacation. The spa also offered an excellent opportunity to continue the experience. Perfect for that surprise trip for your significant other.

| we found this incredible deal on expedia. when we got there everything was exactly as it appeared on line but it was even better than we expected. The designer decor, delicious & fresh menu, warmest staff, incredible spa, lovely beach, greatest rum, impeccable view of the ocean from our room. off a mountainside, surrounded by palm trees, puffy white clouds, blue sky and turqoise waters. fun water activities. excellent for couples, families & singles that want some solo time (all these were there). was not crowded, away from any tourist buzz! celebrities from the past and current still like this place for its hideaway feature.

| My stay at this gourgeous resort was very comfortable and relaxed. This is a great retreat if you want to get away from the every day hustle and bustle of life. If you want more activity you will need to go in to Montego Bay for entertainment. Hotel service in the restaurant ranged from attentive, to being ignored. Wonderful beach, pool, and spa.

| I thought this was a beautiful property with a lot of really nice amenities-a spa, fitness classes, yoga, great (but really expensive) food. It is nice if you like barefoot luxury. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped and the service was not consistent. It seemed that we were ignored at some times and then got great attention at others. There were no spa products in our bathroom either-just some generic shampoos. I would recommend it, but just know that it isn't what I would classify as 4 1/2 stars.
