| The room was very quiet, that's a plus. But the drains were extremely slow. By the time I was done with a 15 minute shower, I was ankle deep in soapy water. It then took 20-30 minutes for the tub to drain completely. The sink drain was also very slow running.The front desk was informed about the tub drain and the next day it took 5 minutes less for the tub to drain after maintenance checked it out. We were later informed the hotel is undergoing rennovations. I sure hope they do something about the plumbing.

| Great hotel for the value. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The maid service was outstanding and you can tell they took pride in their work. Continental breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the afternoon home baked cookies; nice touch. Hotel is located in a great location for travel around the Phoenix area. Can't wait to go back next year.
