we visited this hotel in August 2006 and it was a particularly quiet time of year, there were only a few guest at the hotel. The room was nice, very clean bed was very comfortable. The exec lounge where you go for breakfast and 5pm snacks was ok. The basic bagels and cereal were there, but coffee tasted awful as it was sat in an urn all day. it was really useful to have drinks that you could get throughout the day though. It was just an odd set up. The pool was good but it was small. The staff were friendly, but we were not provided with any information about the area which would have been helpful and at times we felt there was a communication barrier. The hotel itself is nice, but I would say it needs updating as its style is very dated, so while its clean and its not shabby, the choice of decor dates it.. Overall - its nice but not great.

My three day weekend at this hotel was well worth every penny down to the shower gel, and other amenities in the bathroom. From the excellent customer service at the front desk to the convenience of the location of the hotel to down town naples and the beaches. I must also mention the well keep landscaping, pool, hot tub and exercise room all exceeded my expectation. This is hotel more than 4 stars in my book and I will visit this hotel again and again...

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay however communication with some of th staff was sometimes difficult, we were never sure if the cleaning staff understood our request for extra towels or later room cleaning. We also paid extra to stay on the concierge floor and were surprised to find that the evening happy hour had a cash bar. I've stayed in many other chains of similar quality and had never experienced that before. We could have visited many of the nearby local restaurants for breakfast and happy hour and saved the money.

Hotel is at a great location, lots of restaurants, name brand shops, supermarkets, drugstores, bookstore, malls. The beach (Clam Pass) is 2-3 blocks from the Hotel. Hotel provides a shuttle to - from the beach, very nice pool and small gym, but it your wanting to do a bit od cardio, it's perfect. Last but not least the hotel has a wonderful Continental Breakfast and Afternoon Hors d'oeuvres....

The room was very clean and stylishly decorated. The executive lounge on the 4th floor is excellent -- the continental breakfast and nightly snacks were wonderful, as were the complimentary beverages. We spent more time in the room than we had planned to because it was so comfortable.

The name Hilton is always associated with luxury and comfort, and it is exactly what you get. It is also associated with high prices, which may be true, but you can get in some days of the year in which it can be quite affordable, as it was on our latest visit. Knowing you are in a four star hotel and that you are paying the same as in a two or three star makes a big difference in your level of satisfaction and enjoyment. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms quite comfortable. I will return!

My family and I visited the hotel for Father's Day weekend...our stay was a pleasant one. The staff was very helpful, was particularly impressed with their fitness center. It was clean and the equipments were up to date functioning quite well....my kids particularly enjoyed the ping pong table and basketball court. The hotel had balls and racquets available for the guests. My only problem was the menu provided on the floor on which we stayed...breakfast could have had a little more variety..not almost the same thing every morning...and evening for hors d'oeuvres were suppose to be 5:30pm-8pm but there wasn't much left after about an hour and half...other than that I would visit this hotel again
