Located on Estero Island, this l2-story all-suite condo-style hotel on Fort Myers Beach overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Cabana rentals and watercraft equipment are available on the beach (surcharge). The hotel is located on a white-sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Cabana rentals and watercraft equipment are available on the beach (surcharge). The hotel offers an outdoor sundeck with splash pool and spa tub overlooking the beach. The fitness center, with a great view of the Gulf, includes a stair stepper, treadmill, and circuit machines. A night-lit court is available for tennis. The hotel offers planned activities for guests of all ages from Wednesday through Saturday, including themed “movie nights” and arts and crafts Just 1.5 miles from the hotel is the Bay Beach Golf Club, an l8-hole, par-60 golf course. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Features
What to expect: This Estero Island, condo-style hotel overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on a quiet stretch of Fort Myers beach. Reception is in the lobby on the second floor. Year-round activity programs are offered for all ages every Wednesday through Saturday at this family-friendly hotel.
Amenity highlights: The outdoor sundeck with splash pool and spa tub overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Stair stepper, treadmill, and circuit machines are the options in the fitness center. Guests play tennis on a night-lit court. Gas grills and picnic gazebos allow guests to picnic on the beach. Cabana rentals and watercraft equipment are offered (surcharge). Complimentary coffee is served in the lobby all day.
Insider tip: From May through October, guests can watch sea turtles climb the beach from the water to lay their eggs in the sand. Best observation time is early morning or at dusk. Later in the season, the hatchlings head to the water.
The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but restaurants are plentiful along Fort Myers Beach. All suites have fully equipped kitchens. A picnic gazebo and barbeque grills are available for guests. Nearby restaurants:

| My family and I were very happy hotel and the spacious room - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer / dyer, large screened in porch with Gulf view, bar and living room. In-week maid service is extra, if needed. The pool was on the small side but adequate for my 6 & 5 year old. Overall, we very happy and would return.

| Gullwing Beach Resort was awesome. Our 2 bedroom condo was brightly decorated, very clean and comfortable. Our screened-in balcony gave us a gulf view. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and cookware. We felt very at home here!

| Our stay was absolutley wonderful except for one thing. When it came time to check out on Sunday there was nobody in the office and none of the staff seemed to be able to help us. We just left our room keys in the express check out and hoped for the best because we had a plane to catch and tropical storm Alberto was closing in. It turned out to be okay, but it was a bit frustrating. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the beach is very well maintained. There were arts and crafts for the kids daily, and on the weekends even a cookout at the pool. In my opinion a great place to stay with the family!!

| We just came home from a very satisfying holliday at the Gullwing Beach Resort at Fort Myers Beach. The hotel is situated on the most beautifull part of the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. I specially enjoyed the fact that everything a household needs to start with was provided for (even coffee), so that we didn't have to run to the supermarket the very first minute, we could go to the beach and enjoy !

| First time in this part of Florida. Our room was wonderful beyond words. Great price for considerably above average room. Everything in the room was brand new, the appliances, supplies in the room, decorations. Great size, beautiful kitchen, living room area, dining room area, two bathrooms, etc, beautiful jacuzzi style bathroom. Definitely felt like we would not ever get these type of accomodations anywhere else. Our stay will not ever be forgotten. I felt like we were treated likes kings and queens!!!
