| We were pleasantly surprised by the newly remodeled hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, staff was very helpful and there is even a Tully's coffee shop inside. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the Bellevue Hilton.

| We were delayed getting our room for almost 2 hours and had to wait in the lobby. No explanation, even though we arrived well after the check-in time. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, eggs arrived after everything else was eaten. Not exactly 4 star service. Also had a leaking water pipe in the room.

| I was impressed with their service and staff. Next time, I would like to stay on the business floor, since they offer relaxing refreshments that would have been delightful!

| It had been 10 years since I'd stayed at the Bellevue Hilton (used to be a Red Lion), and the Hilton folks have updated the rooms very comfortably. The architecture is impressive, and the location of a Seattle's Best Coffee in the lobby is a great addition. Great rooms, great views, excellent service. We'll definitely return here when we're in Bellevue again.

| Very user friendly place. Very impressed with the staff. Smiled and very helpful. Made us feel welcome and important. Had my twin 7 month old granddaughters. Never made to feel a bother. We were very comfortable in our room. The bed was wonderful and all of the pillows were a pleasant addition. Have not stayed anywhere as comfy as this place.
