| This hotel was great and my kids thought it was awesome. The staff definately went above and beyond to help us. We checked in late and got a room overlooking the pool, however it was quite noisy so I asked to change rooms. The second room seemed to be better than the first until the noises started around midnight. What I didn't realize is the room was right next to the service elevator that went up and down ALL night - the next morning they were working on it so I'm not sure if it always make these noises or if it was broken, but after a late night I was expecting to sleep in and was awoken several times by this noise starting at 5 AM. Overall a great hotel, the pool was awesome and I would stay there again but make sure your not near the elevators. Also, for the price they should include a continental breakfast like other hotels in the area that are much cheaper but just as nice!

| I did not know what to expect but when I got there I was impressed. The room I was in was impressive because I did not expect to have glass doors leading to the swimming pool. My daughter enjoyed that tremendously. The only thing that got me was they advertise having inernet access but did not say that it cost outside of the price of the room and local calls cost too.

| Clean, well-maintained hotel that meets the basic requirements. Breakfast buffet was extra and somewhat expensive, so we bought some muffins and juice in the little store. Short drive to Hersheypark.

| although the hotel needs new carpet and other new items - it was clean and meet my needs. the highspeed network is not free unlike most other hotels in their tier. the pool is nice - indoors

| The staff is very friendly and the room was really clean. The restaurant is good but the breakfast buffet was pricey for what you got.

| The service in this hotel was excellent. My husband left behind a jacket and they mailed it to our home with a hand written note inside. We will definitely go back there. we travel to the area atleast once a year.
