| For what you pay, this place could have been a rat trap. To my pleasant surprise, this was an extremely clean, aesthetically pleasing hotel with just the right amount of amenities (e.g. microwave, fridge, etc.) There was no gift shop and a soda machine ate my money, but that's minor stuff. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends and business associates. It's the best hotel chain you've never heard of!

| This place worked perfectly for us as a place to stay before our 6am flight out of BWI. The price was good, and the room was just what we needed -- a place to crash. I would recommend staying here for a short visit, but probably not for an extended vacation -- the room is pretty small. I have no complaints!

| Part of hotel's advertising stated that normal internet access was available in addition to wireless. Requested a room with standard internet every night for entire stay, was not given any access and was unable to work because of this. Room had musty smell, poor lighting. Could not get a consistent answer from front desk. Fitness facilities are considerably lacking (3 pieces of equipment). Would consider another of the 10 hotels in the immediate area as an alternative.

| Despite the promise of a wake-up call that was totally forgotten, it was still a nice stay. The stay helped me handle my business, with the free long-distance and local calls, and the free wireless internet (which came in very well). Even the wake-up call wasn't a big deal with a clock radio in the room.

| The convenience in getting to the airport was the reason we chose this hotel. It was generally a good experience. Our only concerns were the elephants partying on the floor above us and the breakfast. In our opinion this was NOT a "deluxe" continental breakfast buffet". The grumpy attendant didn't improve the situation.
