| This is a simple but adequate hotel located in the Plaka district of Athens. Rooms above 6th floor have a spectacular view of the Acropolis. Shower is in the narrow European style bathtub. Be very careful. Cleanliness is OK but not exceptional. The roof top restaurant has a spectacular view of the Acropolis. Food is only average but a drink here at sundown will be memorable. Front desk staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Housekeeping staff speak little or no English but repond well to gestures. In summary, an average, less expensive hotel in a good location for visiting Plaka and Monistiraki for shopping, dining and entertainment. Also close to Acropolis and Ancient Agora. Taxi from hotel to Acropolis about 3 euros.
