| We highly recommend the hotel for service, comfort and proximity to the Falls. There was renovation going on but it was no interruption for us, not even any noticeable noise. Food was excellent, hotel personnel were very helpful. Our rooms were jungle side and very nicely appointed. There was still a Falls view from the roof terrace

| There are two sides of the hotel, one faces the jungle and the other the waterfalls. Make sure to check both prices as the waterfall side is more costly, but generally nicer. The hotel is generally nice. Because it is in the middle of the jungle there are lots of wild animals, monkeys, macaws, and other not normally seen elsewhere. The floors, at least in my room, are not carpeted which is likely due to the humidity. But the rooms are comforatable and clean. I believe that most of the rooms have a balcony, which is a good place to hang wet clothes after the tour of the waterfalls. The restaurant and bar are nice and appear to be clean. English is spoken by almost everyone. The pool is very nice and there is a bar in the vacinity to get those drinks, soft and otherwise.

| The Sheraton's location in the park is ideal. Most of the hotel has been recently renovated and is very fresh and clean. The hotel attracts many large tour groups but the staff manages to give friendly personal service. Some parts of the falls experience like the boat trip will leave you wet and grubby and it's great to be able to walk back to the Sheraton to change.
