| The only drawback to staying here is the fact that a lot of it is timeshare, you must purchase "tickets" for dinner, drinks etc at the Reservation desk. This isn't exactly conveinent for those who are not doing all inclusive or belong to the time share. But you can walk to other restaurants/bars in minutes to use actual money to eat and drink with. Breathtaking sunsets here and we enjoyed the ocean breakers. (The High rise hotel area beaches are very calm with no ocean noise :o) Would stay here again none the less.

| This hotel is not luxurious, it's maybe a decade past it's prime, but it meets the needs of budget travelers wanting a great vacation. The rooms are large and very clean, and it's just steps to the gorgeous, quiet beach. We saved a lot of money by cooking for ourselves in the fully equiped kitchen, the grocery store is just down the street. The restaurants in Aruba are very expensive and not really worth the money. We were very happy with our choice, and would definitely stay there again.

| From our arrival to our departure, the staff was completely unable to get anything right. Moreso, it wasn't happening to just us, it happened to almost everyone who checked in during the week we were there. Overbooking of rooms and things like that were run of the mill here. Never again.

| It was a great place to stay....the beach was the nicest around. You could swim in the ocean or the pool was nice too.Everything was kept perfect. It was fun sitting at the pool and feeding the iguanas our left over lunches. The room had the best shower and tubs....we could both fit in the tub and turn the jaccuzzi on. It was very romantic. The bed was very comfortable and big. I cant imagine needing anything more then they had to offer.

| We had never stayed in the low-rise section and found the beaches to be much less crowded, with plenty of lounge chairs to go around without having to go out at 7:00 AM to claim a spot on the beach. Our studio was very clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed to find a note in our room at 4:00 PM of our second day notifying us that we had to relocate, which meant packing, checking out and checking back in by 12:00 the following day and unpacking again. A new computer system left us and many others in line for over an hour on a beautiful sunny morning. Although our room was an upgrade to a one-bedroom, two-bath, it wasn't worth the aggravation. Management might want to rethink the relocation strategy.
