The Hacienda Santa Rosa Amenities
The hacienda’s 18th-century buildings have been restored and updated with modern features such as air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main building houses the bar, restaurant, and five guestrooms. A separate building offers five more guestrooms. There is also a honeymoon guestroom, Casa Maya. A small building with changing rooms stands directly above the pool, creating a partially shaded area for swimming. Other smaller structures are located throughout the grounds, between the trees, gardens, and grassy fields where several peacocks live.

| How many times have you gone on vacation and once you have checked into your hotel and looked at the room, realized you could be inside any of 5000 hotel rooms anywhere? Not the case at the Hacienda Santa Rosa, a restored Sisal plantation from the turn of the century. Only has eleven rooms, I have never seen such a high ratio of staff to guests, each came to me and introduced themselves upon meeting me and addresed me by name for the duration of my stay, daily I was asked if the staff could do anything to make my stay more enjoyable, from daytrips to specific meal requests.
