| Location was a plus. Comfortable king size bed. Maid service personnel were extremely professional & went out of their way to be helpful. I enjoyed my evening soak in the large bath tub. Room was a little on the small side.

| Yhis is the second summer that we spent a long weekend, just my husband and myself at the Sofitel and are very inpressed. Very good service from everyone. Rooms agreat, especially the big comfy bedswith feather beds, cotton sheets and down bedding. Ceanliness of the rooms ia A1. Really enjoy my stay there. Also in a great area, Rittenhouse Square is lovely and close enogh to the historic district.

| My husband and I stayed overnight to celebrate our anniversary. The beds are incredible, the staff was pleasant and we were not bothered by maids to get out in the morning (we have issues with maids coming in at 8am at other hotels). Overall, a very relaxing night and morning.

| This hotel was wonderful. The room was very spacious with a bed that was heaven to sleep in. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower. No noise was heard at all in the room. The hotel employees were very helpful. The restaurant served very good food. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely go back.

| Went to the Phila Sofitel for the first time as a get away with my wife. (We are from suburban Phila and my wife was formerly a concierge at a Center City hotel so we know the city well.) From the hotel staff to the location and the room decor/cleanliness, the Sofitel exceeded our expectations. We give it the highest recommendations.

| First, the good: the two hotel concierges were fantastic! Any request was instantly fulfilled with action or good recommendations! Excellent! The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding! Fresh, well-prepared and creative...someone back in the kitchen knows what to do! Then we have: the bad: right from the getgo the front desk didn't have the correct reservation, and the mention that the booking was via Expedia brought looks of distain...not a good sign! Our party was kept waiting in the middle of the lobby while someone "checked into the problem." A complimentary drink in the hotel's lounge would have been a thoughtful idea. There were many misques on the part of the service staff. Around 8pm one evening we decided to stop at the restaurant for some coffee and pastries before calling it a night. The dining room was all but empty, yet the lady in charge said that we had to have an entire meal or we couldn't be seated!!? She'd be happy to serve us pastries in the bar! Here's another fun time: while having breakfast the waitress drops off some butter with some sprinkles of "black stuff" all over it. When confronted, she says: "oh, it's only coffee grounds...nothing to worry about!" She replaced the butter, but...Jeez!! Who's in charge of training?? We brought all of the above to the attention of the GM...
