Stayed here for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the stay. Will say the the sleeper sofa was not that great, but other than that, the hotel is a super nice place to stay. Great location, super friendly staff and great breakfast. Will stay here again.

The price and the location were the best part. Ho The only complains are the contiental breakfast hours ended way too early. The suite was a nice but if you plan on sleeping on the pullout forget about it. It is extremly thin not even suited for a child. the walls are paper thin so it is very noisy in the living room area. However it is very close to EVERYTHING and only a block away from bourbon street yet without the noise.

The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the fixtures & room was unpleasant. I expect a room that is cleaned, polished and dissinfected DAILY, not one that has black, moldy areas in the caulking around the tub and has scratched, gouged wood furniture throughout the room, and a blanket that feels at though is has been burned in the dryer & had several holes in it. I assumed that the Iberville would have been an upper quality hotel due to it's attachment to the Ritz and it's 4 Star rating. The bell men were unable to call for a Limo, because they didn't know of one, and the front desk personnel was rude and unwilling to check to see why the adjacent room alarm clock was continually going off from 3:45am until 7:00am. This was very disappointing service overall and we will not stay in, our give a positive referral for the Iberville Suites.

Very close to Bourbon Street and the street car lines. A strange set-up to get to the lobby. The lobby is very nice. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. The TV in the living room did not work and took two calls for them to replace it. They have a good continental breakfast but it can be very crowed.

We stayed at Iberville Suites in July 2005; the hotel offered great value. We stayed with our two daughters (9 and 7 years old) and the suite was the perfect size. My wife and I slept in the bed room and our daughers slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. Their was a door in between the rooms that we closed until they fell a sleep while we watched tv in the bedroom. The cotinential breakfest in the morning was huge; danish, muffins, fruit, cereral, fresh waffles, oatmeal etc. Do not plan on eating out for breakfest. Location is close to Bourbonne street without being to close to the noise. We walked to most places.

We booked a 2 night stay. Our room was never visited by the maid. The sofa bed was more of a torture rack and when we called after the first night a feather bed was offered but 5 phone calls, 4 promises that it was on its way to our room and 12 hours later, the feather bed never appeared. No one apologized - and when we asked for a late check out (thinking come on, they have to give us this break) we were not just refused but refused with attitude.

The first night I stayed in a room with a very noticeable large chipe on the tub that was apparently repaired but not very well. The carpet was badly stained. The legs of the sink area were rusted with stains in the sink. The cord of the blow dryer was stained yellow. The room also had an uninviting smell. I had to stay the night due no other rooms available. I was moved to another room the following day. The refrigerator was not cooling. No coffee table was placed in the room. There was a noticeable hole on the sofa with a little cotton from it. I was able to get on the internet after engineering had to come and change the data box. I was not impressed with this hotel. I even ran into a couple on the elevator, who was checking out due to their unsatisfaction. They were checking into another hotel for the following night but due to the fact that it was too late to cancel one night, according to Expedia, I did not have that privilege. Lastly, the Concierge booked the wrong ticket for a local attraction which prevented me from going to that attraction the day as planned. But the staff was very nice.
