| The only problem we had was that the fire alarms went off for no reason in the middle of the night. No one pulled them, they just malfunctioned. We lost a lot of sleep until they finally got it fixed.

| Could not honor our request for a non-smoking room because Expedia is a "third party" service. However, there were people looking for smoking rooms that they could not honor. Not impressed with hotel management. Were awakened by fire alarm in the middle of the night apparently due to a maintenance problem with the elevator that they were aware of but had delayed fixing. Something in the mechanical room was overheating. A technician was called in in the wee hours of the morning to make the repairs. The rooms are comfortable and well designed but the maintenance is questionable. This hotel is still new enough that it is acceptable. The smoking room we were assigned had one of the strongest smoke smell of any in my 35 years of traveling.

| This Hawthorn Suite is located conveniently to Rt. 70 just outside of Columbus, OH. I found the hotel and it's staff to be top quality. The rooms are clean, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchenette was complete and handy for snacking and keeping things refrigerated. Wireless internet worked flawlessly.. Very nice complimentary breakfast bar with hot and cold items and a very nice evening pizza reception for the guests. The pricing was very competetive with other hotels which offered less. I'll definately look for a Hawthorn Suites wherever I travel.

| Two TVs, two double beds in one room, sofa bed in the "living room". Rooms are separated by a small kitchenette and the bathroom. Worked well for traveling with a teenager who wanted a bit of his own space.

| Obtained suite for less than half price of typical rooms at other hotels. Discount worth even more because Hawthorn serves a good breakfast buffet. Staff responsive, rooms comfortable, bathrooms clean and spacious. Would definitely go back there again if on business in Columbus OH.
