    WiFi using hotel PC and hotel account in lobby costs megabucks per minute. Wifi Code is not provided to traveller for free internet during stay and there are fairly high charges if you wish to use wifi on your machine in the room. Parking is charged at reasonable rates. No staff to help lift bags in and out of car boot. Reception are not empowered to make small concessions which I found unhospitable and mean. I asked for a free cup of coffee due to missing breakfast (included in tariff)and was refused.
