| Basic hotel, not atractive neighborhood, but very close to Orlando airport, which is good (free shuttle to airport). Wireless internet in rooms is great, very standard room, basic breakfast, terrible business center (if you need to print something, forget it).

| This hotel was very easy to find and the location was great near the airport and all the attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful when asking directions to places or if you need anything. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was a waffle place right next door. The hotel is located right off the highway.

| I was pleased with the experience at this hotel. In terms of overall value, it was quie good. The place was clean, the price was right, and the location was good. It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but it more than got the job done. The biggest down side for business travel is their lack of hig-speed I-net in the rooms. It's in the lobby area only. That said, I'll be back in Orlando on business in a month and plan to stay there again.

| Address given is to a little side street, rather all than the name of the main road it faces (Sand Lake Road.) Hotel staff not adept at giving directions led us on a 20 mile trek to get us to our destination only minutes away from where we called. Very Frustrating, but we eventually found it and were satisfied with all but the pullout bed (very uncomfortable, even for an 8 year old. Overall, the trip was OK.

| I don't want to write a book so to keep it short. After being laughed at by the receptionist, for being charged for the "Free Airport Shuttle" the manager who was standing there said nothing of value. He did manage to pay for the ride to the airport after we called him at 5:30am I think they were having a bad day, but I don't go on vacation to have bad days.
