| Staff was very efficient....they had a fine breakfat buffet in the morning for extra charge....only drawback for me was the small size of the room and bath. Good location in city. Easy to grab bus or Sydney Explorer.

| This hotel is located right on the edge of Chinatown within a stone's throw of the Entertainment Centre which is where I needed to be. The bathroom is very small as are the rooms. Overall, for the price, it was an adequate hotel.

| The Hotel itself was nice. Very clean and professionally staffed, the rooms were small but the price we paid was cut rate. Nicer rooms were available but we were on a 2 day airport layover. Walking distance to everything including Darling Harbor, Aquarium, and ferry to the Zoo (At the Opera House/Sydney Bridge). The staff treated us royally and even got us tickets to a rugby match in a nearby town. Then they coordinated travel for us to get there and back. The biggest selling point is definitely the combo of the great service and perfect location. I would definitely advise staying here and feel that it is a great value for the money.

| The Pacific International Hotel is unremarkable. A typical 3 star hotel, my main qualm with the hotel was the electrical system for the room which requires you to place your key in a socket. Otherwise, none of the lights or electrical outlets in the room work. However, the socket broke because the house staff removed my key without returning it to me. I was without electricity and eventually, the receptionist at the front desk eventually gave me another room after i asked repeatedly for them to fix my electrical socket. the new room was quite large and nice, having a living room and jacuzzi, but i felt they were trying to make up for the fact that they didn't fix my electrical socket. But this was only given to me on the last night of my stay.

| The rooms were a lot smaller than I thought - the picture looked expansive. Good location however. Chinatown just behind the hotel and the bar downstairs was quite good with cheap meals.

| "Room safe" and "health club" were listed as hotel amenities however both have an extra daily fee. Parking also has a daily fee but the hotel description was accurate about that. Located south of the CBD and most tourist spots in Sydney but being 1 block from Central Train Station and bus line is very convenient. Hotel is an older but clean, reasonable 3-star at a good price. Restaurant has a small but interesting menu. Only a data port (modem) is available in the room for Internet, but the lobby has pay Internet access and a large Internet/phone "cafe" is very nearby. Rooms have a small refrigerator but no microwave or utensils. Plus TV, iron etc. The bed was somewhat stiff.
