| Will stay there again when we go back. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Just about everything is in walking distance. Do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant, very expensive.

| We stayed at this hotel with our son on a one night getaway. The hotel did not have the room we reserved in nonsmoking so gave us a free upgrade. The room was very nice. The bed was wonderful! I think it is the first time my husband and I both slept well while on vacation. The only drawback was it was not as close to the attractions as I expected. Clifton Hill was about a 10 minute walk and the Falls a little further. If we return to Niagara Falls again I would certainly consider staying here.

| We decided to stay at the Courtyard because we thought we knew what we would get. We were not disappointed. This is an excellent highrise hotel, with excellent rooms, at the best price we found in this price inflated town. One negative was it is a little far from the Falls. We walked both ways the first day and decided we wouldn't (or couldn't) do that again. The hotel does have a good bus service at a reasonable cost and that solved the problem. This would be a good location to stay with kids. The major entertainment places, other than the Falls, are within easy walking distance, including the IMAX and observation tower which are just across the street. You really can't go very wrong at this hotel.

| The room looked clean when you walked in but was not the drapes were torn, the floor needed swept, the tub needed clean,there were no trash bags in the waste baksts in our room , the wastebakets were dirty because no trash bags, we paid for a view and the only thing you could see out our window was a wall, and the hallways needed outside our room needed swept,

| The only thing I would have changed was they wanted 24 dollars for the shuttle service when it only costs 5-7 dollars for a cab. I think that it should have been included in the price.

| Stayed 3 nights at the Courtyard Niagra Falls with two children. Had king bed room with pull-out couch and roll-away. Everyone was happy with plenty of room. We all enjoyed the stay and all the amenities. For the price it is the best hotel in the area. Some hotels are closer to the actual Falls but if you don't mind a couple blocks of walking, it is worth a stay here.
