| Bed and bathrooms need to be updated. Appearance of bedding and flooring in bathroom and carpet in room was old and worn had the appearance of not being clean.

| If your looking for a decent priced hotel just to stay the night at then this place is decent. I should warn you to not expect anything nice. The sheets had burn holes in them and it was a non-smoking room. The carpet was dingy and the bathroom lights stopped working for no apparent reason. On the other hand the hotel staff at check in were very pleasant and freindly.

| Bit of a taxi ride from IAH but if you're sharing it's not too expensive. Hotel location is v. convenient if you have no car. Good pubs (try Richmond Arms) and restaurants (try the Palm)within easy walking distance. Hotel itself pretty much average but cheap for area.
