| Honestly, Grand Cayman is an expensive place to visit. We spent $100 each night on dinner, for 2 people, so knowing that we got a good value on our hotel was comforting. This hotel is newly rebuilt, so it is very nice. Our major complaint was the internet service. It is advertised on their website, but all our room had was wireless access. This internet service did not work in the morning, and in the evening was only 2 bars out of 5! If you need to access email while you are there consider requesting a hard-wired room. The other thing was, the day we checked in, they were having a Manager's BBQ that night at the pool. We were not told about it and went somewhere else for dinner. A few days later there was a voicemail on our room phone about it. Too late! If we had been told this at check-in, we could have planned to stay in and enjoy their BBQ.
