| Hotel had a great breakfast and friendly breakfast staff, they even change the item selection day to day so you don't have the same old. Stayed in 2 bedroom Suite, which was great for 2 couples.

| Rooms were beautiful and very large, and staff was quite helpful and friendly. Watch out for the parking garage, especially with a truck or SUV, it's quite tight. Otherwise, a great experience. Easy walking distance to the Gund Arena and Jacobs Field.

| A very nice hotel built inside a historic building in downtown Cleveland. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. Everyone from the housekeeping staff, to the parking lot attendant, to the person who cleared my table at the complementary breakfast. Which by the way, was much more than the usual "continental" breakfast of pastries and juice provided by many hotels. It was a full, all-you-can-eat buffet! The hotel is walking distance from most downtown attractions. It is especially perfect if you are attending an NBA or MLB game as the basketball arena and baseball stadium are a block away. The only drawback that I found is the layout of the hotel. To fit within the confines of the historic building it is housed in, some of the rooms can be a fair distance from the front, and only, entrance. However, this is a very small price to pay for the preservation of such a beautiful building.
