| Good location in north-central Phoenix on I-17 frontage road, across from Metro Center. Suite well equipped for dining in. Workout room very small, treadmill and exercise bike only. Room rates among lowest in area. No significant complaints.

| Room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable, although a little bit dated. Small pool, but clean. Hotel is close to Interstate 17 and a number of restaurants. Would recommend for a weekend getaway for two, but might be a little cramped with kids.

| Had two issues with this hotel: 1. Took two additional visits to the office after we registered to get both key cards properly coded for access to the room. Office staff seemed to be very indifferent to my having to go back and forth to get both keycards working. 2. Bathroom floor was found dirty, hair, etc. on the floor. When I reported it to the office, it was cleaned immediately. For what we were charged, don't think we will stay there again.

| We picked this hotel based on the previous traveler's reviews, but... I have stayed in two star hotels on multiple occasions and know you should not have mildew in the bathroom nor leaky kitchen faucets. Overall the room appeared clean, but the mildew left you questioning overall conditions.

| Great junior suite. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in!

| I looked for something that was centrally located with a good value where I would feel safe taking my family. Found it. But it's hard not to with a Mariott. Even though the hotel is on the access road of I-17, it's behind another hotel so there wasn't as much road noise. They were in the process of steam cleaning all the rooms which made me feel better about my toddler being on the floor. They had the infant bed already set up before we checked in which helped as we got there late and were able to just put our child down. The continental breakfast was better than we expected and even had waffles

| I was worried about booking the trip to this hotel because I couldn't find ANY reviews on it, even though I searched a lot of sites for one. However, I decided to trust in the Marriott name, and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the room was very nice -- it seems to be a little older, but kept up VERY well. The continental breakfast was also very nice -- they provided batter and a wafflemaker in addition to the normal bagels and donuts. The location was also great -- very central to Phoenix, right on the frontage road, with lots of dining very close by. We were extremely pleased with our stay (ESPECIALLY in comparison to other extended-stay hotels we have stayed in that were in the same price range!) - and we would definitely recommend it to others.
