| The people were super helpful and very nice. The room was shabby and smelled bad and had not been vacuumed and was very crowded with furniture. The only good thing I can say about the room was that the sheets were clean.

| Positives: Lobby staff was friendly Negatives: Room did not seem ready for guests -- toilet ran all night, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, I didn't shower because the shower was very sketchy. Bedside lamps were unplugged - and when plugged in, they didn't work. Huge gash in the blanket, TV remote's batteries held in with scotch tape, etc. When you closed the drapes, the room was still lit up from the parking lights.
