Located in a business and suburban area, adjacent to US-1 North, this six-story hotel is eight miles from downtown Boston. It provides complimentary 24-hour transportation to and from Logan International Airport, seven miles away. Revere Beach, three miles away, offers numerous seasonal opportunities including boating, Jet Skiing, water skiing, and windsurfing. The hotel provides a fitness room, indoor swimming pool, and spa tub. Three meeting rooms (with capacity up to 50 guests), audio-visual equipment, and event catering are available, as well as a business center with a computer, printer, and complimentary high-speed and wireless Internet access. Dinner Delivery Service - Provided by local restaurants. The Courtyard Cafe and Bar will be under renovation November 2004–January 2005. The hotel does not serve lunch or dinner, but there are several dining options within the surrounding area.

| the hotel is a bit older but very well kept.. its not right in the midde of the financial district and downtown area.. but close enough... there is plenty to do.. for me it worked out ..since it was right near wher i wanted to be.

| Bad directions from the desk. Got a smoking room when I requested a non smoking room. Curtains were dirty and burned. Man checking water came into my room.

| Stayed one night for convenience to airport. Asked for non-smoking and got smoking. The room looked clean, but tired. No bar/restaurant in the hotel, so that was a major drawback. Around the clock shuttle leaves on the hour, not when we wanted. Overall, it was just a room and I'm not sure the convenience I thought we were going to get was delivered. It certainly didn't give me the feeling that it was a winner.

| I rented a two double bed suite, the room was clean, we had the bath tub clogged on us but they had it fixed in minutes, the staff was very helpful and polite, what I liked the most was the free wireless fast Internet access, I would strongly recommend it to any one lodging at Boston.

| Most stuff was quite old and not working properly anymore, the heater sounded like an idleing semi, literally; and they took a long time to come up and fix one thing, then the toilet broke and they never came to fix it.
