| Even though they had lost my reservation when I arrived at the hotel, by the time I checked out, the glitch had been fixed and checkout was easy. The room was spotless and smelled good, the towels were clean, and the amenities were sufficient. The clerks are friendly and helpful.

| The hotel was not a 2 star hotel. I would give it a -2. The bathroom had mold growing all around the tub. There was a dirty wash cloth still hanging on the coat rack. There were stains all over the lamp shades next to the bed. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy. There was trash all over the parking lot. We stayed at another hotel.

| It took too long to check in, I had to wait approx. 30 minutes to check in. The person that took the order from expedia did not follow up and hold the rooms I requested. I receieved the only rooms available instead of the rooms I requested. The rooms were downgraded from the rooms I requested. We had to repeatedly ask for towels and the keys had to be reprogramed twice. There was a leak in the bathtub drain that affected the room below us. The rooms were clean but overall I was not impressed with the customer service I received.

| Thermostat on heater did not work -- you either burned up or had to turn it off and freeze. Non-smoking rooms had ash trays in them (3 of them observed).
