| The room booked was not the room received. This hotel does not regard requests for non-smoking room preference, even though the room selection for booking does not indicate smoking rooms are available. The halls smelled awful. The attendees at the desk were more interested in their smoke-break than helping to correct the problem. The pool was dirty. The pool room floor had retained water in small pools that were black with either dirt or mildew. There were no towels available in the pool area. The whirlpool jets did not work, and tan foam floated on top of the water. The only good thing to mention was the waffle maker for breakfast.

| HOtel was reasonable and in a beautiful location overlooking the water. Room was basic, although we did have a fridge in our room which was a nice plus.
