| Small, dirty rooms. Someone came to our room in the middle of the night , (had a pass key) and said the front desk manager had them checking on the AC. Only the lock bar kept them out. The previous people must have complained about the AC (it did not work.)

| The staff was respectful and helpful. However, the building is very old and in need of repair and upgrade. The door of my room was warped and almost impossible to open. I had to ask the desk clerk to help me open my door several times. There were only two working lights in the room, one in the bathroom and one between the beds. The TV could not be adjusted to correct the excessive red tint. There was no clock in the room. Overall not happy.

| The stay at this place was very disappointing. It would be nice to stay at a lower priced hotel and expect everything to work. More things didn't work than did: remote control, lamp, plug outlets, toilet needed help. Don't expect to get full on breakfast: bagels and donuts. The service was adequate at best. The room was clean at least.

| Stay here only, if you need somewhere to sleep for one night. It is not worth it to stay here longer. It is cheap, but the service does not even live up to the "cheap standard". The breakfast was almost non-existing. The rooms were not clean and the airquality in the hotel was not good (too much strong soap odor in the air).

| We were not impressed at all of this hotel and ended up leaving two days early and checked into another hotel. The area is not good and is right off of the freeway which you can hear throughout the night. I was somewhat nervous in the area the hotel was located and we didn't want to leave our rooms after dark. The rooms were not clean and the hallways smelled.

| Hotel staff was very nice. Very concerned about our needs. It's not anything spectacular, but it was a place to sleep and shower. Approxamately 7 miles from downtown. I would stay here again, but I would prefer some where closer to downtown, just because that's where most of the action is.

| Staff personnel were friendly & offered directions assistance (though a bit off). Upon checkout I almost wiped out going into the continental breakfast area because of rain leaking onto floor. However, once I brought this to the attn of staff it was promptly cleaned up & a warning sign put down. Room was relatively quiet & sufficiently clean. Good bang for your buck if you're just looking for a home-base while exploring the city. Right off the hwy & about 5-10 mins from downtown.
