| Quick in and out trip to Santiago after 2 weeks on the road (business), stay in some holes in the wall en route to Chile ... what a relief it was checking into the Four Points Sheraton.... this is an upmarket hotel, impecably clean and the service was outstanding ... they could not do enough to help. Located in a great area for night life (best live music ever !!!). No doubt about it chose this hotel for business or pleasure trips, you won't be disappointed !

| Staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. Room was OK in size, well appointed, excellent bed. Had minibar, etc. Good location near restaurants, shops, entertainment and subway.

| I was extremely impressed by this hotel....large enough for conveniences, but the feeling of a small luxury hotel; service was excellent; room large with all necessities. Located in providencia neighborhood, near subway, shops, etc.
