| Stayed at this hotel for one night. The cleaning staff was ready to clean the room at 8 oclock and check out time was at 11 oclock. Room was missing shampoo and some light bulbs were burnt in lamps. Asked cleaning lady to please bring shampoo and was told no. Front desk staff was friendly and apologized.

| Cracked plaster, dirty & worn carpet, and the overwhelming smell of mildew make this less than a nice place to stay. The hotel needs a lot of updating.

| Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful at check-in, but we asked 5 times for a microwave for our room to heat up the babies bottles, and never received one in the 4 days we stayed. The restaurant was nice. We had the breakfast buffet and it was very good. The view was great. The kids loved the pool and had a great time swimming. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

| Would appreciate if they could place a small fridge in the hotel. It would really help us, we had about 12 cans of coke and we could not drink it cold as there was no fridge. If I had to pick up ice, then I had to go down all way from 11th floor to 3rd floor and then go to the annex building and pick up ice, i guess for such a big hotel there could be a better option. I have seen fridge in smaller hotel in smaller towns.

| Room was comfortable except the televison was twenty five feet from bed. It was difficult to cool the room at night. Otherwise, all was fantistic, especially the location; we had business at the New Orleans Municiple Auditorium, it was easily accessible from this location in Metarie as was the French Quarters and all sites local. Our stay was most pleasant.

| Nice location and easy to find. But beds were like sleeping on slabs of concrete with only enough towels for one person at a time. The carpets were stained and the two elevator system was time consuming and rediculous. The remotes sucked and the pillows were thin.

| The hotel has a little bit of a dingy feeling to it, but it was nice. Location is very convenient to the airport and also to Jazzfest, which is why I was visiting New Orleans. Only part that wasn't great was the distance from some of the night time venues. One night we had to take a $35 cab ride, not fun. And the pool is a bit of a disappointment. But the staff is nice and the room service food was decent. The price was right, free and easy parking was great, it was a good stay.
