The staff was great. The 2 restaurants in the Hotel that we went to were the Garden Room and the buffet, both very good food and reasonable prices. Nice casino. My only complaint would be that the bed in my room was too soft for me but fine for the other 3 travelers with me. Not an elegant hotel but still nice. Can't bet the price and the setting. Laughlin is so beautiful. Huge carp and other fish sit at the bank of the Colorado River in front of the Edgewater Hotel. Fish food dispensers are provided by the Hotel and you can feed the 2 foot long carp and schools of striped bass showed up to eat also. Cool for nature lovers after feeding the slots. Fishing, boating jet ski and more all right there. My family had a great stay, in our 2 rooms, at Edgewater. We didn't swim but the pool looked very nice. Can't say enough about the beautiful river that is right outside.

Do not stay in the 3 story tower. It is dirty and if you book with Expedia they don't guarantee you a non-smoking room. The hotel smelled.

Previous clothing left in room. One hour wait to check in at 11p.m.. Couldn't order a movie. Run down looking. On the positive the employees were very helpful and personable.

I had to park a bit far and walk to my hotel, but the room was nice, and there was no extra charges for the daily housekeeping rounds like at some other hotels.

We were given a room in the old section of the hotel with a view of nothing. Bed was okay; bathroom was extremely small and had ants in the sink. We were not impressed with any aspect of the room other than that it was large. We will not stay at the Edgewater Hotel again.

We spend most of our time at the Edgewater because it had everything we needed. The problem we had was with our rooms. The first night we came back to our room around 11:30 pm to find the bathroom floor all wet, the fire exstinguisher was leaking. So they moved us to the newer side of the Hotel, just to find out in the morning that the shower wasn't draining well. We were standing in water almost to our ankles, so we called the the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up and after he let the water run for around 30 seconds, he said it drained good for him, so he left. Then when I got into the shower the same problem occured so we just left it alone and didn't complain about it again. But since I didn't book with them directly they said they couldn't comp me a free stay or anything else, beause I went through Expedia. So that's my story... hope no one else went through that.
