Check in was very slow, and check out (at 5 AM) was also slow. They need more staff.

Excellent for business travelers. When I arrived, Expedia had a guy waiting at baggage claim that walked me right to the hotel lobby. Hotel is attached to airport by walkway. Safety when traveling in Mexico City is a big deal, so a hotel that you don't need to take a cab to is great. If you need to kill some time, because you are right there, the airport has many shops and nice restaurants. The hotel buffet in the morning is also very good. Would recommend if you are in Mexico for an in and out business meeting. Also for what it's worth, the room's TV received about 10 channels that were in English.

Overall It is a good Hotel, the room was nice, good bed, room service was OK, the only thing in which I was not satisfied was at the time of check out, many people trying to check out,( including myself ), only one person in Front Desk, This is an airport Hotel, so more than 90% of the people staying there have to catch a plane and do not have time to wait in line for checking out. Hopefully they can improve on this. But if they offer a good rate for the room, I would stay again.

A friend of mine recommended that hotel, as I had to stay there one night before catching a 7am flight, and I was more than happy with it. The hotel could easily charge more for its comfort, style and cleanliness I believe, and still its main attribute is the excellent service. I recommended highly especially if you want to be almost inside the airport!

If you need a hotel right across the road from the Mexico City airport, you can't go wrong with this place! It's ultra modern interior is sleek and very appealing. It has several restaurants (one that is perfect for families) and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms offer extra large bath towels and Crabtree and Eveleyn shampoos. The room comes with a full length mirror, a safe in the hall closet and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Plus we had a view of the airport...an extra added bonus for kids!

Inside the airport, you can arrive very late and rest in this hotel without dealing with the maddening traffic of Mexico City. American prices.
