| I was very satisfied with the service I received during my stay at the Hyatt Recency Pittsburgh International Airport hotel. I was assisted with my luggage as well as wheelchair assistance to the airport by a pleasant wheelchair porter which the front desk of the hotel contacted for me. I definately will stay there again!

| Beds were extremly comfy. Rooms were attractive and clean. The shower could have used a little bit of grout cleaning. The best convenience was that it is in the airport, a big plus for us. I would definately stay there again.

| Everything about the Hyatt was extremely nice. Loved the bed, the linens and the restaurant. Unfortunately I was only there a few hours and felt it was a little high priced for people needing an on site hotel. Other than that it was great.

| A wonderful place to stay while you are called away from home. Extremely convenient for getting back to the airport. A comfortable walk away. The food is wonderful, the service in the bar excels. I go back once per month and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

| The Hyatt Regency at Pittsburgh International Airport is truly an oasis. After a long day of work it was so nice to walk into a beautiful room, with the temperature nice and cool. The beds are very comfortable and I really like their pillows: soft and plentiful. The staff was a cut above other premium hotels, the desk clerk did not announce my room number, but merely handed the the key envelope with the number already on it. This little bit of privacy at check in was really appreciated.

| Assigned a room with a cot in place-said they would remove it, but didn't. Wanted $10 for internet service, which didn't work. After 15 minutes of fruitless time on phone with tech support guy, I decided it wasn't worth it. Room was right in the middle of a LOUD wedding party who were up until 4AM - Hyatt wouldn't move me (said they were sold out)and wouldn't/couldn't control loud noise. Bottom line-no space, no internet, no sleep!

| I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Very nice except my only gripe is the 10 bucks a day for parking.

| It's too bad that a hotel of this caliber charges for the "little extras" that even a no name Motel gives you free like say PARKING!! THis hotel charges it's own guests an additional $$$$ a day to park there -- no matter how many times you go in and out -- you still pay again. Yet convention day guests park free. Wireliess internet also free at other hotels the cheapest you can get away with is again $$$$$. The decor is remarkable but the lighting in the bathroom is so poor I couldn't see well enough to shave. Nice place - bad experience for me -- won't be back.
