| The hotel was nice - all suites. Room temperature, lobby personnel, restuarant and housekeeping all were friendly and assisted when asked. Centralized right near downtown so it was in a good location. Good value.

| Upon arrival, was ignored upon check-in by clerk who was only interested in checking out individuals who were at a seminar. I stood for approximately 10 minutes while she waited on others who came to counter after me. Went to park vehicle (after paying $10 parking fee) in garage, only to find out my vehicle wouldn't fit. I think the low height of the parking garage should have been mentioned when I initially checked in. I was required to unload my luggage and park in a parking garage on the other side of two busy streets and walk back to hotel. When getting ready for an evening out Friday)had no hot water for a shower. After running water for a half hour(I was instructed to run it for 10 minutes by front desk), I still had no hot water. Found out that hotel knew upon my arrival that there was no hot water, but didn't mention anything when I checked in. Manager that evening had the nerve to ask me if she could buy me a drink in hotel bar as compensation. No hot water until Saturday morning. My frustration could have been avoided if I had been informed of some things. My time is precious and I felt there were too many inconveniences for the money I spent on the room. My stay was for a special occassion.

| This hotel has very clean with everything you could ask for (comfort like living at home). The suites are large with sink and fridge. They have a very nice resteraunt next to the lobby with a bar and pool table. The staff is friendly and this hotel is just blocks from the train station. Would recommend it to everyone staying in Wilmington.

| The room was pre-paid. On departure my credit card had been billed again. It took some time to resolve this but in the end the staff reversed the charges.

| This hotel is absolutely awesome. It has high tech security system, clean rooms, comfortable bed, puffy pillows, very class like. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good, clean, home-like, place to stay!
