| The staff at the hotel went completely out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I was always greeted with a smile. Even the room service personnel were friendly and cheerful. The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are absolutely spotless. The beds are extremely comfortable and the internet service worked wonderfully.

| The hotel staff was lackadisical, not informed about rules, and had no training in addressing guests. The managers tried their best to restore image after the fact.

| this hotel had a 3 and a half stars at expedia and i thought it is a good hotel where i can save money as well. The hotel service wasnt good. There were a few front desk people who were good other than that everything was downhill. The restaurant downstairs was pathetic, bad service. I used to tip the waiters well but not here. Couldnt find any reason why i should tip my waitress. The hotel smelt funny. Not good but if you are all about saving money go for it.

| This hotel is large and will accomodate a very large group. We were in a group of 2000 for a sit down formal dinner. The food was served fast and was hot, and very, very good.
