| I have been back to this hotel on numerous business trips and each time it gets better. The free shuttle to and from the airport and local addresses is an added benefit. The rooms are kept clean and there is a wine/cheese/chocolate fountain available on various nights of the week. The continental breakfast area includes a coffee dispensor (available 24/7), a juice machine, toasters, a waffle maker, cereal, prepackaged pastries/muffins/poptarts, bagels, bread, french toast, yogurt and a basic assortment of fruit (a few other items too). The directions to local attractions available at the front desk are helpful if you rent a car and there is free parking in the garage across the street. The LAN and wireless connections are free.

| Winston-Salem has a limited selection of better hotels. So, given the lack of competition, this one compares favorably. While there is no room service, the buffet continental breakfast had good variety and the steak house restaurant next door delivers very high quality food.

| I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is one of the best buys in the area. The room service is better than normal because it comes from the adjacent steakhouse.

| I was met with helpful, friendly service whenever I asked for something. There was ample staff to help you at the front desk so your wait was never long. Friendly and professional was the entire staff from housekeeping to continental breakfast set-up person. Very impressive that the staff was all well-trained and it showed! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

| The hotel is good if you are traveling to Downtown Winston-Salem. Very poor healthy breakfast choices. Smoking rooms on fist floor make it hard to breathe in hallway.
