Very clean and spacious, looks like new. Complementary breakfast and dinner (weekdays) is a big plus..especially for families. Ten minutes from Disney and convienient shuttle bus makes it easy to come back to hotel mid-day and take a dip in the pool or for taking a nap. Also close to Angels Stadium. The traffic can wear on you after a while, but this is LA. I would definately recommend this place.

I've stayed here a couple of other times in the past and have been very satisfied with this hotel. Rooms are convenient and fairly roomy for a family of 4 or 5. I like the option of having their buffet meals (breakfast and dinner). I also like that there are other good restaurants nearby. This time, however, the room was showing its age. One of the telephone outlets didn't work (it was replaced the next day). Housekeeping was not up to par (same sticky spot on the kitchen floor while I was there). Trash can under the kitchen sink wasn't emptied (it had burnt popcorn); I don't think housekeeping knew it was there since there was another trash can near the refrigerator. Also, the first night, there was no washcloth; the second night there were three; the next night, back to one. And the bathmat was taken away. Fortunately, I was still in the room while housekeeping was going through their daily routine, so I was able to get a towel and bathmat without having to call. However, I'm generous; I'd give the hotel another chance if the rate's good.

Rooms were clean and the service was great. The breakfast and "other" buffets were an added plus. Great place for a family. Just a few blocks from Disneyland. We will be back again!

I booked three rooms for my fy family and two of my friends' familiies at this hotel for our recent Disneyland trip. This was by far the most unpleasant hotel-staying experience of my life (and I stay at least 20 to 30 nights in hotels around the country per year). On the day of the check-in, we were given smoking rooms for 2 out of the 3 rooms, despite clear instructions that we were looking for non-smoking rooms. The front desk person had no apologies for that goof up and she had nothing else to offer. After check-in we discover that the a/c in 2 of the three rooms was not working. It was really hot in Southern Cal for our entire stay and the hotel did not HAVE A maintenance guy for the next 3 days, neither were they able to move us to a different room. On top of all the inconvenience, the hotel staff was very un-professional and not apologetic at all for all the inconvencience caused to us. The complimentary breakfast is not very impressive and they shut down the breakfast at 9 am every day. We were out at Disneyland till midnight every day (for 4 days we were there) and therefore unable to all make it to the breakfast by 9 am. One day we did manage to get there by 8:45 am, however, nothing was left for breakfast as you have to get there by 7 to 7:30 am to really see the whole variety of their complimentary breakfast. All in all it was a very bad experience and I would advice everyone to stay away from this property.

My only complaint is the layout of the hotel. Most rooms are located in one loooooooooong hallway. And, why does a Hilton company build a 7-story, wide building with only one elevator at each end????? Service, however, was excellent!!

If you are looking for something affordable while visiting Anaheim it will fit the bill. Bed's could be more comfortable. Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired.
