| This hotel is located at Providencia where you can easily shop, dinner and two blocks from city metro. Breakfast is very good with a variety of breads, juice, ham and eggs, fruits, cheese, yogurt, coffe and chocolate. People at the hotel is friendly and if you don't expect luxury, this hotel is a good choice.

| I recently stayed with a friend at this small and very european style hotel during a leisure trip to Chile. From arrival to departure time the manager and all of the hotel staff provided a very personalized, warm and professional service. Unfortunately I traveled feeling somewhat sick and got worse during my stay but could not have been at a better place to recuperate! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice, helpful and supportive, even providing special meals. I highly recommend this hotel, situated in a quiet, safe and very agreeable location of the city.
