| This was the perfect hotel to enjoy Guam's gorgeous ocean views and beautiful sunset. It's very close to the airport and the Outlet Mall, but a little ways from the main strip. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

| The Hotel Santa Fe is a very nice, comfortable hotel at a fraction of the cost of the bigger hotels. It is conveniently located and the staff is very friendly.

| There were some condition problems with the hotel, pool tiles replaced which did not match the original colors and carpeting in romm needing a good cleaning or replacement. The rates made this hotel a great deal. Other than the stained carpet the room was very clean. There was not a lot of services offered but the pool with the view were spectacular. It was very quiet and some of the staff was friendly and helpful. I was suprised they had free shuttle service to the airport.

| Having now stayed on more than one hotel in Guam, I am prepared to return happily to the Santa Fe. The rates are economic by comparison and while the network infrastructure isn't perfect, it far surpasses that offered by many of its competitors. And the restaurant is an excellent play to watch the sun set.

| Poor customer service at check in/out. shower drain backs up while showering. Pest control is needed or should be more often. The rating for this hotel should be dropped. I would not recomment this hotel to anyone visiting Guam. Contacting Management has been a real issue also.

| Very nice smaller hotel - great location on the beach. Good basic services. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant faces beach with gorgeous sunsets. Excellent value.
