| The hotel is clean and the employees are courteous and polite. Suite is nicely layed out and the bed is very comfortable. Conveniently located very close to the airport and has a nice view when you are on the top floor. Food is very delicious and service is excellent! Definitely a hotel that I would go back to when I am in Chicago.

| I had a very quick stay but the airport pickup and drop off was right on time and very friendly. My room was much larger than I thought it would be and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

| great facility, especially for the price. Location is not optimum for travel into the city since it is 2 miles from the train station. Taxi to the city is very expensive

| As we entered the Sheraton Gateway, we were met by an overpowering sense of chlorine. We went next door to eat to get away from the smell. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was competent. Some more willing to help than others. Expect to be charged for everything from parking to finess room headsets. Recomended with concerns.

| I thought staying next to the airport was going to be a nightmare but I forgot about the noise moments after arriving. The rooms were very nice and clean and noise-free. The tiles in the bathroom could use a little updating but what a marvellous getaway.

| We loved the layout of the suite and the convenience of the little refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay except for two minor things... we wish there had been a lower cost breakfast - a family of five cannot realistically afford the pricey buffet every day.... we also would have liked to have been forewarned about the parking fee and even though one day was only one hour as we checked in late in the evening!
