| We stay in Birmingham very often and have stayed in many hotels. This is BY FAR the nicest. Everything was outstanding. Easy check in, extremely clean and nice room. The hotel is in an ideal location. The only potential drawback was that it was a bit hard to find from 280 (but that might have been partially due to my laziness in reading the directions). I would definitely recommend.

| The facilities were very well kept. The staff was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. Shuttle to and from airport was great -- but they also shuttled to nearby malls.

| My husband and i aren't exactly world travelers but we do stay at hotels a couple of times a year for one reason or another. We can almost always find fault with something at the hotel (climate, cleanliness, comfort, noise level or friendliness of staff) but we honestly had a wonderful time at this hotel and a better night's sleep than at home......that almost never happens. We can't say enough about our stay the Birmingham Hilton.

| -Checked in at 9 pm so we had to carry our luggage. +Front desk very friendly and helpful. -Our room was never cleaned during our two day stay. -The bathroom was very small. +It was comfortable but not plush.
