When we arrived, we were a little confused as to where the non-valet parking was and how to pay, but the front desk and other employees were incredibly helpful and told us exactly what to do. Parking is in a garage across the street with in and out priviliges for $20 a day. All you have to do is give your plate number to the hotel and they charge your room for the parking. The room was very clean and everything was in perfect condition. Getting a late checkout was no problem at all for us. I would definately recommend!!

This hotel is within walking distance to Eaton Center (approx. 4 blocks)and the Canon Theater. Park your car at the hotel (for $5 more I used the valet parking)and walk to your destination. There were no problems walking at night after the theater closed - there are a lot of people walking around, going to bars or for a late night snack. The staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Excellent hotel, easy access to downtown. A free breakfast might have been good though. Parking was also alittle high ($20/day)

The hotel staff were helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and brightly lit. The hotel is near many restaurants and a couple bars. Many attractions are within walking distance. Easy to get a cab, as there are always about 5 waiting outside of the hotel. I give the hotel and the staff 2 thumbs up, way up.

We travel to Toronto approximately 3 times per year and have usually stay at our favorite hotel. We decided to try this hotel because we got a really great rate. What a nice surprise! Not only was the hotel located centrally between the Harbourfront and Yorkville, the service and amenities were superb. We have definitely added a new favorite hotel to choose from now. This will NOT be our last stay here.

We stayed at this hotel from June 8 - 12. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice!! Our room was spacious and clean. The new bedding was really nice - basically a fitted bottom sheet, top sheet, comforter and then a sheet on top of the comforter. I don't think the mattresses had been updated though, since they seemed to indent a little in the middle, but the beds were still very comfortable. We really liked the location. Very convenient to the upscale shopping in Yorkville and also the downtown area including the theatre district. The hotel is also about a block away from a metro stop, which was extremely convenient. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
