| Lived in Houston for years, still go back to work/visit quite often. Stayed in many Hotels in the Galleria. Decided on this one due to last minute need for a "suite" so that my daughter would have a separate bed. Bad mistake on my part... The room has a motion sensor on the AC. So, when you walk into your room at any time day/night in the middle of summer in Houston, it feels like you are walking into a sauna. The AC never catches up. The front desk was rude. She gave me a non-suite room even though my expedia recepit clearly stated "delux suite". She complained when she had to change it. Front desk was also rude when we checked out.

| This is a great hotel with of course averything you need as far as a real apartment only thing i didnt like were the hotel front desk want to just get you in and out they didnt take there time explaining the hotel and surrounding areas and the room key sucks you have to play with it to get in your room ,the parking garage i had waited 4 minutes trying to get the garage to open up so i could get to my room and go to sleep other than that this is a beautiful hotel oh and they should not call that a fitness room there is only 2 cardio machines in there and thats it, nothing else,. And mattress could have been better quality. But i would stay again if they can get the key cards straight.

| This hotel is no where near a 3 star hotel. A 1 star would be more reflective of service, comfort and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast shut down early every day, and most items ran out 30-45 min. before that. Management was NOT frinedly or helpful.
