| At this Best Western I was very unhappy with the quality of the room. It was no better than other, less expensive hotels (the ones with a number in the name). The daily cleaning left hair in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was very easy to work with however. I would suggest staying at one of the other hotels in the area.

| Do not let the three star rating of this hotel deceive you. Before I even entered my room, I noticed that there about five or six flies buzzing around the window. Perhaps it was the scent of the room that attracted them. My father stayed in the room below and encountered similar insect problems. He had to swat more than one mosquito after entering his room. The door in my room was damaged. The dead bolt would not lock, and the bottom corner was corroded. The corrosion created a gaping hole in the bottom corner of the door. The furniture was worn, and there were tears and stains in the carpets. I have stayed at plenty of roach motels, and had always considered the Best Western to be a step above. Sadly, it was not.

| I was not happy with this place. Next to the freeway which makes it noisy, not to mention the clientel were just as noise. Room smelled and chairs had fraid furniture. People at the front desk seem annouyed to assist us upon check in. Semitrucks dominated the parking area and we were unable to park our car where we could see it. I have stayed in a 3 star before and this ain't it.

| I needed this particular location and got the best price here among several hotels in the immediate area. Shuttle service to El Paso airport was also a plus. Room a little crowded and SMALL workspace only, but inexpensive restaurant next door and free wifi were helpful

| The room smelled of cigarette smoke, especially if the air conditioner was turned on. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to get an inflatable mattress to put on the bed just to be able to fall asleep. The poolside was dirty with cigarette ashes and butts on the ground. Maybe should provide ashtrays. The vending machines were empty of most items. The employees were pleasant.

| This hotel was a great comfort at a comfortable price. The room was very clean upon my entry and the front desk staff was more than helpful with any questions I had concerning pretty much anything from questions about the hotel to questions concerning facilities, restaurants, and directions to places in the area. I would certainly give Mesilla Valley Inn my business again.

| For a town that has only 1, 2, and 3-star hotels the accomodations at this one were better than expected. The hotel's restaurant is a different story. I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy. Here's the situation, Friday night, one waitress, 10 tables (one with a party of nine) = bad service. It took 15-min to get my drink order, another 10 to get my drink and order food, then 20-min to get my food which came out cold and impossible to cut. When I complained, the waitress went and "spoke" to the manager (I never saw him/her) and returned and offered to take 25% of my meal. I wasn't the only one w/ bad service; at least two other parties got their tickets discounted because of bad service/food. For a nice room, stay at the hotel; but an edible meal, go somewhere else.

| The Hotel was clean, well run and surprisingly quiet since it is very close to the Interstate. The Restaurant has more interesting food than the usual fare.

| Overall this is a well kept hotel. My room was very clean and liked that it had a desk to work at. I would stay here again, but would request a room that doesn't face I10...the traffic is easily heard in the room. Lastly, during my stay the complimentary wireless internet was down and wouldn't be fixed till the day after my departure. This was a real bummer since there was no internet access during my stay - which is one of the reasons I selected this hotel.
