| When we booked this hotel we were not expecting the "Courtyard" room would be located in a separate building behind the main hotel, down stairs, past the loading dock, through a gate, and up a fight of stairs with no elevator. The room was next to a busy street with lots of traffic noise. Fortunately, we were there for only one night. I would recommend anyone interested in this hotel request a room in the main building. We would not book this hotel again.

| Our stay at this hotel was great. The rooms were maintained very clean and were spacious. We needed an extra bed and with just a call we received one of those roll beds that met our needs. The suite had its very own backyard on the third floor and it was really good for my granddaughter to play at. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent, too.

| Selected the hotel based on other's reviews. We were very satisfied with the hotel. Stayed on 8th floor. There was no noise issues from adjoining rooms, but we stayed mid-week versus weekend. I would stay again. Traveled with three young children and had no issues. Close to Yaletown district which is SOHO district for Vancouver. Close to Stanley Park and Gastown.

| The hotel is located in a seedy neighborhood. This hotel is definitely not suitable for families and we did not feel safe going out in the dark, particularly because our rooms were located in a courtyard in a shabby alley in the back of the main hotel. For the same price or a little higher, there are better hotels in safer neighborhoods.

| we were in the courtyard through which you have to cross a shady, dark alleyway. once you get to the hotel room, however, it's quite cozy and clean.

| Great location, within walking distance from everything. 5 minutes to Yaletown, 5 minutes to Robson St., 10 minutes to English Bay and the ferry to Granville. Try the courtyard suites, quiet and secluded. Airport shuttle stops one block down.
