| Hotel staff were neither warm nor well trained. The registration counter shared an open space with restaurant entrance. You could stand there for minutes without anyone helping you. However, the hotel location is perfect for viewing the beauty of the Pyramid Lake even through the window of the room (not every room). The hotel restaurant is expensive but the food was good.

| We checked in to our room after 11:00 pm,[we were the last family to check in],yet the staff were waiting for us and were very helpful in getting us to our room. The service was very good and we injoyed a quiet and restful night. We awakened to a spectacular view of pyramid lake and a wonderful breakfast in the lodge.A great experience which we would do again in a heartbeat.

| This is a secluded lodge located on Pyramid Lake. The still waters of the lake make it perfect for canoeing or fishing. The view of the mountains is spectacular. Our room was clean and even had satellite TV. The restaurant was excellent. If you are looking for a wilderness lodge with amenities, this is the place for you. If you want a 4/5-star resort, stick with the big hotels in the town of Jasper or Banff.

| We were between seasons (October) and no one was there, which could be a plus. The jacuzzi was far from our room and we had to walk by the dining room to get there. Our room was lacking atmosphere and charm, even though we had a gas fireplace and overlooked the lake. We had dinner there and it was delicious and the service was outstanding.
